Good Afternoon All,
As of May 20, we closed on the purchase of 310 Russlyn Drive. Since then our construction loan also closed and was funded.
We are now in the process of applying for a demolition permit once all the final utilities shut offs are complete at the existing structure.
We are incredibly excited to get started on Russlyn Drive and look forward to providing more updates after demolition.
